1) The roll is a conical roll, and the peripheral speed of the roll surface and the sub-speed along the rolling line direction increase monotonically from the entrance to the exit, which is conducive to the extension and deformation of the rolled piece.
2) The roll body adopts a longer even rolling section, and the heavy rolling coefficient is higher. It can better reduce the spiral channel condition brought by the perforated capillary tube, greatly improve the uneven wall thickness of the waste tube, and obtain a higher wall thickness accuracy, so it is called "precision mill tube".
3) Due to the use of restricted mandrel technology, the product specification range and steel pipe length are greatly increased. The control of the limiting speed can make the mandrel working section wear evenly, improve the life, and improve the dimensional accuracy of the steel pipe.
4) The guide plate can be adjusted in three directions. Adjusting up and down along the rolling line can change the throat distance of the guide disc and the ovality of the deformation zone. Adjust left and right along the rolling line to control the closure of the deformation zone according to the rolling specifications. Adjust back and forth along the rolling line to achieve the best support and pulling action of the rolled piece. The three-way adjustment of the guide plate provides a good condition for the optimization of process parameters.
5) Through roll profile design and parameter adjustment, the rolling mill can realize diameter reduction, diameter determination and diameter expansion rolling.
6) The roller and guide plate are driven by the driving motor, and the speed adjustment is flexible and reliable. The rolling angle of the roller can be adjusted steplessly in a large range, which is extremely beneficial to the realization of the process idea.
