Rotary flying saw

The mobile tracking flying saw is generally used in the domestic steel mill currently. When work, the saw cutting is carried out while the saw blade and cut materials are kept synchronous in the linear direction. The main disadvantages of this process are that the saw cutting cannot be carried out when the linear velocity of cut materials is more than 2m/s, the production efficiency is low, and the equipment investment and site area are big. According to the above situation, we independently develop and design the high-speed rotary hot flying saw, which is an online length-cutting equipment, and the saw cutting is completed once when saw blade rotates every 360º. The wire and bar or pipe with linear velocity up to 5m/s can be subjected to length cutting with random lengths, and while the saw blade does the circular motion, the instantaneous velocity of saw blade cutting point and the steel walking speed of cut materials are always kept consistent, thereby not only improving the production efficiency and greatly shortening the site area, but also saving the equipment investment and maintenance expense, defining the length of cut head and end by each cut material itself, and improving the rolling yield.
The rotary flying saw and high-stretch reducing mill can be used in the production lines by cooperating to each other, such as seamless unit of welded pipe, continuous rolling pipe mill and cPE pipe jacking unit. The small-diameter (0.32-0.89mm) steel pipe can be produced with the large-diameter mother pipe, and a set of unit can produce the small-diameter steel pipe with annual output for more than 100000t.
