Straightening machine

The straightening machine mainly produced by us is 6-roller straightening machine.
The specification series mainly include: Phi 110 unit, Phi 140 unit, Phi 180 unit, Phi 219 unit and Phi 273 unit.
The straightening machine has the following main composition and structure: rack device, symmetrical arrangement with 3 rollers above and below respectively, upper roller adjusting device, lower roller adjusting device, host base, exit roller and exit and entrance guide sleeve. The straightening machine is mainly used for eliminating the longitudinal bending and distortion produced by steel pipe during the rolling, transporting, cooling and heat treatment process, and reducing the ovality of steel pipe. The longitudinal bending of steel pipe is corrected with the elastic-plastic longitudinal bending and stretching.
