Cooling bed

We can produce many cooling beds with different specifications, which mainly have two forms: chain-type cooling bed and step type cooling bed:
Chain-type cooling bed
1) Main composition and structure: upper cooling bed pushing system, drive chain (forward chain) assembly, rotation chain (backward chain) assembly, main transmission of drive chain, main transmission of backward chain, and lower cooling bed pushing system.
2) Main characteristics: after the steel pipe is arranged on the cooling bed, it is pushed by the drive chain to move forward, and meanwhile, the rotation chain rotates above the cooling bed with the steel pipe through the friction, thereby reaching the uniform cooling effect.
Step type cooling bed
1) Main composition and structure: upper cooling bed pushing system, fixed rack assembly, step rack assembly, step beam assembly, step transmission system, and rack support frame assembly.
2) Main characteristics: when the step rack is driven by the transmission system, and the steel pipe moves a tooth pitch on the rack by completing each step. Meanwhile, the steep pipe will go forward by rolling on the bevel of fixed rack, thereby reaching the uniform cooling and automatic straightening effect.
Roller cooling bed
The roller cooling bed is a new cooling bed developed by us, which has obvious straightening effect, and thus, the straightening machine can be saved.
