Annular furnace

We can produce multi-series gas (or natural gas) annular heating furnace with the intermediate diameter of 7m, 8m, 13.5m, 15m, 18m and 21m.
Wherein, 21m large heat storage ring furnace produced by us has two national patents. Compared with other furnaces, the annual furnace is characterized with small land occupation, low energy consumption and strong adaptability, and thus, is especially suitable for the production demand of large seamless steel pipe.
The regenerative combustion technology is provided. It belongs to the unsteady heat transfer. It is heated by the waste gas heat alternately by taking the regenerator as the carrier, and then, the air or gas is heated with heat stored by the regenerator, so as to obtain the high temperature preheating and reach the waste heat recovery function; and the regenerative burner is characterized with stabile combustion and uniform heating of heated body. The energy can be saved by applying this technology to the heating furnace, and the energy-saving effect reaches above 30%, thereby reducing the flue gas emission and meeting the environmental protection requirement.
The maximum capacity of furnace is 72t/h, or 156 pieces/h (the fastest beat for 23s). The intermediate diameter of furnace is 21m, the size of furnace section is about 4400mm*1420mm, and the effective width paper of furnace bottom is 4200mm. The single-row or staggered cloth is provided. The furnace is subjected to the side heating or top heating, and divided into 4 heating control zones, for the purpose of guaranteeing the heating process and soaking requirement of blank by adjusting the fuel supply at all segments and using the thermal energy to the farthest extent.
