We mainly produce Assel three-roller pipe mill, Accu-Roll two-roller pipe mill and Assel three-roller pipe mill (+ 114 unit, + 140 unit, +180 unit, +219 unit, and +273 unit).
1. Main composition and structure: host frame assembly, drum assembly, roller assembly, pressing balance device, rack opening and closing and pick-up device, and main transmission system.
2. Assel pipe mill designed and manufactured by us has two national patents, and the main transmission system has proprietary intellectual property rights and has the main characteristics as follows:
1) As the guide disc (guide plate) device is omitted, the frictional resistance is reduced, and the energy consumption is accordingly reduced.
2) The adjustment is convenient and flexible, the steel pipes with different specifications can be produced with no need for replacing the roller on the same equipment, and thus, the tool consumption is less.
3) The stress state of pipe in the deformation process is good. The three-dimensional compressive stress state is beneficial to the plastic deformation of metal, the rolling precision is high, the internal and external surface quality of steel pipe is good, and the wall thickness is uniform.
4) It is applicable to produce the metal with low plastic deformation, high-profile golden metal and other titanium pipes.
5) It is applicable to produce high-precision and machining workblank and other medium-wall and extra-thick wall steel pipes, such as bearing steel pipe, and structural steel pipe in mechanical industry.
Accu-Roll two-roller pipe mill (Phi 114 unit, Phi 140 unit, Phi 180 unit and Phi 273 unit.)
1. Main composition and structure: base assembly, main transmission device of roller, main transmission device of guide disc, front table assembly, and after table assembly.
2. Accu-Roll mill is the biggest in the same type of units in domestic, and its maximum pipe diameter can reach intermediate diameter of 426. Its main characteristics are as follows:
1) The roller is tapered roller, and the circumferential velocity of roll surface and component velocity along the direction of rolling line are separately increased from the entrance to exit, thereby facilitating the extensional deformation of rolled piece.
2) The longer balanced rolling section is adopted by the roller body, therefore, the rerolling coefficient is relatively high. The spiral thread condition brought by the pierced shell can be alleviated better, thereby greatly improving the unevenness of wall thickness of billet pipe, and obtaining the higher wall thickness accuracy, therefore, it is called as "Precision Rolling Mill Pipe".
3) The range of product specification and length of steel pipe are greatly increased due to adoption of retained mandrel technology. The working segment of mandrel can be worn uniformly by virtue of control of retained speed. The lift is improved, and meanwhile, the size accuracy of steel pipe is improved.
4) The three-dimensional adjustment can be carried out on the guide disc. The throat distance of guide disc and ovality of deformation zone can be changed by adjusting along the rolling line up and down. The closure of deformation zone can be controlled by adjusting along the rolling line left and right according to the rolling specification. The best support and drag effect of rolled piece can be realized by adjusting along the rolling line front and back. The good condition is provided for the optimization of technological parameter by virtue of three-dimensional adjustment of guide disc.
5) The rolling mill can realize the reducing, sizing and expanding rolling by the roller shape design and parameter adjustment.
6) The roller and guide disc are driven by DC motor, therefore, the revolving speed adjustment is flexible and reliable. The rolling angle of roller can be steplessly adjusted with a wider range, which is very beneficial to realize the process conception.
